Wendy has been an AI governance advisor since 2023, with over 20 years of supply chain and operations experience across FMCG, chemicals and pharma, in multiple geographies. That operational depth is the foundation of everything SLC does. She is a PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor.
Today, Wendy partners with mid-market organisations to govern AI in their organisation, responsibly and practically. She developed the SLC 4P: People → Process → Programs → Partnerships, the AI governance that is mapped to ISO/IEC 42001 and the IAPP AIGP Body of Knowledge, and applied to the EU AI Act, the OECD AI Principles and the jurisdictions where you operate.
Beyond client work, Wendy is committed to building AI governance and supply chain literacy in education because the leaders who will govern tomorrow’s AI systems and supply chain are in the classrooms today. Her goal is to make AI governance and supply chain transformation accessible and actionable, whether in boardrooms or classrooms, so that future decision-makers are equipped with the understanding and tools they need from the very beginning. She brings purpose, clarity, and care to every client partnership.

With over 30 years in management, leadership development and organisational transformation, Peter brings the human infrastructure that makes strategic organizational frameworks actually function. An organizational policy without human capability behind it is a document. Peter’s work ensures it becomes a capability.
As former Country Manager for Singapore and Consulting Director across Asia, Peter has a proven track record of building leadership and operational capability across organisations in Nanyang Inc (Singapore), UPM-Kymmene (China), Malaplast (Thailand), FRIM, TNB and Wirasyukur in Malaysia, among many others.
He specialises in making the difficult practical, including translating the ethical requirements into the leadership behaviours, team structures and cultural shifts that allow organisations to operate responsibly and sustainably, particularly at the pace AI demands today.
